SHIPPING:
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

We will process your order as quickly as possible and usually within 24 hours or less. Please place your orders when applicable within 3 - 7 days of shipping date.

Most orders placed before 2PM will ship the very same day! Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will ship the next business day. We can ship your purchases within 24 hours.

Specialty or Personalized are not shipped within 24 hour time period.

We ship through UPS and USPS Postal System.

We offer; Priority, Express and Ground Shipping.

If you live in Michigan and are within a 20 mile radius we offer FREE personal delivery.

If you live in Michigan and are out of our radius there is a delivery fee of $8.50.

Shipping out of the country can be done.

When ordering, if you would like a Delivery Confirmation, please specify this in the comments section of the checkout procedure.

Un-deliverables:

If it is due to our error, we will reship and we will incur the shipping charge. If the recipients information was inputed incorrectly or has moved; we can reship the package, you will be charged for additional shipping with prior notification.

RETURN POLICY:

If you are not happy with your purchase, it can be returned in its original unused condition within 14 days of our shipping date for exchange or refund. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for lost items so please insure your package if you have any concerns. Postage must be pre-paid, we do not accept C.O.D.'s.
